Chapter 2

Cassie slept soundly. when she finally woke up and around 9:30, she went down stairs and found a note on the refrigerator- Cassie- i hope you slept well. i went to practice. i will be back around noon. make yourself comfortable. i love you. -Geno

the note brought at smile to her face and she thought, "Aww! That was really nice of him to let me know where he was!

she found something in the kitchen to eat, went to get her phone and went to watch some tv. when she sat on the couch and saw that she had a text from Miriya. -hey, how'd the date go with the sexy russian??? 

i replied- it was GREAT!

Miriya- details PLEASE!

i laughed at this and called her. 

"Hello?"

"Hey. So you want details?"

"Yes! Now spill!"

"Ok well, he picked me up and we went to the mills, where we went and mini golf. ..." I finished telling her about my night with Geno... aka the "Sexy Russian". 

"Wow."

"And the best part is... I'm still here!"

"Movin' a little fast aren't you?"

"Well, it was too late to go back home without waking anyone up. So I slept in his bed and he slept on the couch."

"Sounds like you had a lot of fun."

"Yeah, I did. He's going to come back after practice."

"Ok. Well, I need to get ready for work. Call me later!"

"Will do! Bye!"

Its about 10:30, so I decided to find a towel to take a quick shower. Once she was done she got dressed, towel dried her hair and threw it in a messy bun, found the laundry basket and put the towel in it. I went back downstairs and watched some tv till Geno got home. I didn't hear Geno's car pull up. All of a sudden, he came up behind her and covered her eyes. "Hi Beautiful."

I pulled his hands away and turned to look at him. "Hey babe! How was practice?" I asked as I sat up to give him a kiss. 

"It was practice."

Geno went to the kitchen to get something to eat. 

"So, what are you doing tonight? he asked digging in the fridge. 

"I was planning on watching the game on the big screen with Mir. Why?"

"Oh. I was just wondering if you and Mir wanted tickets to the game."

My eyes went wide. I thought to myself, "are you kidding me?"

when he came back and sat on the couch, i crawled on his lap and gave him a passionate kiss.

"I take that as a yes." he said with a smile. 

"mmmmhmmm..." I said kissing him again and smiled.

"Well, since i have plans tonight, could you take me home. I need to go home to get ready and tell Mir."

"Sure."

Once i got home, i quickly texted miriya. 

-Hey- i have an extra ticket to the game, wanna go?-

My phone went off immediately after I hit send.

"How the hell did you get tickets?!"

"Did you forget that my boyfriend is on the team?"

"No I didn't forget!"

"Do you wanna go or not?!"

"Do you really have to ask that question?!"

"Haha. No. I guess not. Well, break the news to Chuck and I'll be over soon."

"Will do. Bye!"
